The hero of the game, a sneaky cheater, was caught stealing in one of the faraway villages. To avoid hanging, he pretends to be a doctor, whom the villagers have been waiting for so long. In the course of the game you will need to study recipes and treat people from various diseases from plague and injuries to hangovers and depression.

Each patient is given a limited time for treatment, for this time you need to create a prescription and complete all procedures. You can buy tools at the local shop, they will make life a little easier. Also, between the treatment of peasants, the player must take part in random events, the outcome of which determines his reputation in the village. You will decided whether you burn a field with plague-infected wheat, whether you physically punish a rude man in a local tavern or not - each choice will affect the game.
