City Builder Puzzle Challenge for Android

In each level the player is invited to build an island city from available blocks. Each block is a construction. Each construction has a certain impact on the neighboring ones. For example, decreases or increases pleasure of inhabitants, creates working places and so on. 

The player's task is to make his city reach the target set in the beginning of the level. You need to carefully combine buildings in such a way that such neighborhood did not decrease basic parameters of inhabitants - happiness, access to work and food and others. There are over a hundred of levels and a system of achievements.
