Due to an ecological disaster, human civilization has fallen. After years in an asylum, the main hero comes to the surface. He has to survive on a huge island full of mutants, looters and other dangers. The gameplay of the game is a classic sandbox survival in an open world.

In the initial stages you will have to collect resources and set up a base camp. Exploring new territories the player will find drawings for more technological tools and buildings. Almost all objects in the game can be destroyed to get certain resources. The developers focused on constant progress in the gameplay. Secondary role is given to keeping track of the basic characteristics of the hero, such as thirst or hunger.
