Hoopa City for Android

You are going to build Hoopa city together with a hippo from Dr. Panda game series. There are 7 construction materials in the game: water, bricks, electricity and some others. Combine them to construct roads, houses, huge amusement parks, stadiums and other objects. 

At the first stages, you need to find the right "recipes" to create buildings the player is interested in. After successful selection of a combination of materials, the building will be listed in the directory. There you can always see the already opened buildings. The game also allows you to save the whole city and return to it at any time. This feature is useful if the player wants to leave his metropolis for a while and build a small village.
