The main hero must manage his father's restaurant. Unfortunately, he has no experience in making sushi, so the player must help him on each stage. The main task is to serve clients maximum fast making orders from the right ingredients. 

To make your clients satisfied you will need to cook a lot and fast: dress up and apply rice to nori, add stuffing to sushi, various spices and sauces. Besides food the clients may also ask for hot drinks or cocktails. The player is going to make them as well. There are often season events in the game that include special products and new kinds of sushi.
