The game is set in the city of Razor, where mysterious crimes have recently become more frequent. The player's task is to explore the streets and communicate with locals to find clues and catches to expose the villains. The gameplay combines jRPG with quest and detective elements.

The thriving metropolis is terrorized by a secret criminal organization led by a girl in a fox mask. Traveling through the streets of Razor City, the player will fight criminals and demons, have conversations with locals and solve puzzles. The developers paid special attention to elaborate dialogue system. Over time, you can find partners and form your own squad. Battles take place in a turn-based mode.
