Having a certain budget the player hires new combat detachments. These can be represented by infantry, artillery, intelligence, forces in the rear, elite forces or armored vehicles. The gathered small army can be sent to the battle field where it is going to reflect enemy attacks.  

Each type of troops is good at confrontation with a certain type of troops and is vulnerable for others. You can also upgrade the fighters' rank by merging two units of the same rank or buying units of a higher rank for higher price
