As a result of a nuclear war, civilization was almost completely destroyed. The survivors began a fierce struggle for the limited resources. The main character is a member of the Atom Order, which is called to protect the remains of cultural and scientific achievements. The gameplay of the game is similar to the classic parts of Fallout.

The action takes place on the territory of the former Soviet Union. The open world contains more than 45 settlements to explore. In addition to destroyed towns and villages, the player will visit secret military bases, a tanker in the frozen sea and other unusual locations. Movement through the world takes place in real time, and battles are conducted turn-based. More than 200 main and additional quests, about 100 weapons with the possibility of improvement and 300 characters with their own stories, problems and tasks are available.
